Please include the following item on the City Commission regular agenda for consideration at the February 6, 2007 meeting:
Attached is a request from Stephen Six to vacate the utility easements between Lot 4 and Lot 5, Block 4, of West Hills Addition. Mr. Six owns all of Lot 5 and the south half of Lot 4. He would like to extend/add on to the house; however, the utility easements split the property. A garage currently exists on the easement.
Review of the original plat indicates that easements were included on every lot line of the addition. Utilities already exist and are not using these easements.
Utility companies and neighbors were notified and no objections were received.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending public comment, approve Order of Vacation.
