Call meeting to order.
Carpenter called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Introductions
The Board Members introduced themselves.
Approval of the June 21, 2006 minutes
Hoag made a motion to approve the minutes of June 21, 2006. Breithaupt second the motion, the motion passed 4-0.
Elect Chairman and Co-Chairman.
This item was postponed until next month. The Board Members present felt Lewis needed to be in attendance.
Review 2003 Ordinance.
Staff explained that the copies the Board had, only showed the ordinance sections with changes. Staff went on to say that the Legal Department added the text amended out of the code book into the ordinance, so the changes were more visible.
Carpenter stated that the added text made the ordinance more straightforward.
Breithaupt made a motion to accept the draft. Dillon second the motion, the motion passed 4-0
Adjourn.
With no other business a motion was made by Breithaupt to adjourn the meeting, Dillon second the motion, the motion passed 4-0.
Carpenter adjourned the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
