RE:	Hearing to adopt Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and Program  for the 8th and Pennsylvania District

On January 9^th, the City Commission, at the request of Cinco Hombres LLC,  continued to January 23^rd, 2006.the public hearing to consider the adoption of a Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and Program for the 8^th and Pennsylvania District

The representatives of Cinco Hombres prepared an alternative Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and Developer Agreement for City staff to review which they mailed to staff on Wednesday, January 17^th, 2006.

Staff is recommending that the public hearing for the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and Program for the 8^th and Pennsylvania District be rescheduled for February 6^th,  2006

to allow staff the opportunity to review the developer’s proposal and then meet with them to discuss their recommended modifications. Staff is also recommending that we republish the Resolution establishing the hearing date.

The City’s draft Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and Program, project estimates and Developer Agreement are attached for your review.

Action Requested:  Adopt Resolution rescheduling the public hearing for February 6^th at 6:35 P.M. or thereafter.
