ORDINANCE NO.  8072

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2001 ADDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO TIME LIMIT PARKING

            BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, 30-MINUTE PARKING is hereby established along the north side of 9^th Street, from Indiana Street east to the first alley. 

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of TIME LIMIT PARKING, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
