Attached is a map of the area of the 700 Block of Maple Street. The map shows the petitioners who requested rezoning of a property located at 749 Maple Street.
I have contacted Ted Boyle regarding the letter dated November 20, 2006 (see attached). He confirms the intent of the request is to seek rezoning of property on the north side of the 700 Block of Maple Street from IG to RS7. According to Mr. Boyle those signing the petition are also interested in rezoning of their property to RS7 as well.
Action Recommended: Initiate rezoning request for placement on a future Planning Commission Agenda, if appropriate.
