RE:	Ordinance 8046 – Amendments to Illegal Camping Ordinance

Last year, Ordinance 7960 was passed amending the illegal camping ordinance to make it illegal to camp on the public right of way or public property located in the C-3 zoning district.  The new Land Development Code subsequently took effect, and the area formerly classified as the C-3 zoning district is now called the CD zoning district.  Therefore, it is necessary to amend Section 14-417 of the City Code to reflect this change in classification in order to have a continuously enforceable ordinance.

Ordinance 8046 amends section 14-417 to meet this goal.  There are no other changes made in the ordinance.
