Vacation of Utility Easement
|
On December 19, 2006 the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request by owner Sam Campbell, Bobwhite Meadow LP, for the vacation of a 7.5’ utility easement along the southern part of the east line of Lot 1, Block 1, Bobwhite Addition. The vacation request is to accommodate the construction of a combined/shared stormwater detention facility between this property and the Stephens-Noller tract adjacent to the east.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections have been received. The City Stormwater Engineer has also approved this vacation.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
