RE:              Appointments to boards and commissions

I recommend the following individuals for the appointments listed below.  I have included phone numbers, if available.  Please feel free to call any of them to discuss their potential appointments.  I believe they are willing to answer your questions or receive any comments you might have.

Bicycle Advisory Committee:

Reappoint Mark Desetti (840.9016) to his second term which will expire 12/31/09.

Community Commission on Homelessness:

Reappoint Katherine Dinsdale, Loring Henderson, Shirley Martin-Smith, and Rick Marquez to additional terms that expire 12/31/09.

Public Transit Advisory Committee:

Appoint David Dunfield (843.5554) to his first full term that expires 12/31/09.

Recycling Resource Conservation Advisory Board:

Reappoint Richard Heckler, Marie Stockett, Chris Cobb, and Lauri di Routh to additional terms that will expire 12/31/09.

Sister Cities Advisory Board:

Reappoint Bob Schumm, Stuart Boley, and Linda Hyler to additional terms that will expire 12/31/09.
