Re:      Franchise Ordinance

Mr. Bartling:

We appreciate your patience in negotiating the franchise ordinance for Atmos Energy.  Enclosed please find a draft ordinance which incorporates the provisions Atmos requested, to date.  This draft also contains new language in Section 6 that places restrictions on the location of Atmos equipment.  Please review the ordinance and provide comments to me.  We would like to place the franchise ordinance on a future City Commission agenda.
