Revision of uses permitted in the IBP District |

The IBP District replaced the M-1 District with the adoption of the new Development Code as of July 1. Following this, it became apparent that some uses were permitted in IBP that had not been permitted in M-1 while others that were permitted in M-1 (or may otherwise be appropriate) were left out of IBP.
Please find the attached table as supplementary information to the staff report. The information provided in the table may help to distinguish what amendments to the IBP District are being proposed as compared to what is permitted currently. Furthermore, the table includes a listing of uses permitted in the M-1 District under the old zoning code for additional comparison purposes. Similar uses are listed side by side on the same row. Uses which are highlighted are those that are proposed to be amended at this time.
