RE:              Building Permit report

Attached to this memorandum find building permit data for the year through September 2006.  Overall the number of building permits issued continues to surpass the number of permits issued last year for this same period, 2068 building permits issued versus 2036.  Building permits for single-family homes is at 196 as compared to 151 for this same period last year.   

In addition, building permit fees collected to date are over $695,000 as compared to approximately $575,000 for the 2005 period.  Let me know if you have any questions as you review the data.
