On September 26, 2006 the City of Lawrence went out for bids for Clinton Park Improvements, bid #B06047.
Parks and Recreation requested bids to replace the shelter, restroom, utilities and sidewalks in Clinton Park. The bid included three alternates, 1) eliminate the deck completely, 2) build the deck out of recycled products, and 3) use a metal roof rather than a shingle roof. We would like to decline alternates 1 and 3 but would like to accept alternate 2 and use recycled products for the deck.
