COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:

1624 E 18^th St. Terr:  Minor exterior painting, replace concrete driveway and sidewalk, consolidate electrical supply with 200 amp service, new and rewire lighting fixtures, bath and kitchen GFCI’s, bathroom caulking repair, plumbing access panel and steps and landing for garage entrance.
