ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Code Section 4-105(E), the sale, possession, and consumption of alcoholic liquor on public property shall not apply to that portion of South Park west of Massachusetts Street on September 9, 2006 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; provided the sale is pursuant to City license and possession and consumption is pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
