The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The City has been repaid and has agreed to release the Mortgage.

1) First City, L.C., 727 New York, participated in the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program in 1993.

2) Harold and Caroline Shephard, 1025 Connecticut, participated in the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program in 1986.

3) Ronald and Linda Wright, 724 New York, participated in the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program in 1993.

4) Kimberly Johnson, 2705 Traildust Court, participated in the HOOT Loan Program in 1998.

The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
