The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The City has been repaid and has agreed to release the Mortgage.

1) Lenny and Kimberly DeFazio, 1602 Irving Court, participated in the HOOT Loan Program in 2000.

2) Michael and Ginger McHugh, 1029 Home Circle, participated in the HOOT Loan Program in 1997.

The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
