The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program. The City has been repaid and has agreed to release the Mortgage.

1) Carolyn Buchanan, 2707 Rawhide Lane, participated in the Furnace Loan Program in 2005.

2) Kathryn (Newell) Andrew, 410 Minnesota, participated in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Loan Program in 1985.

3) Rudolph Schulz, 422 Lincoln, participated in the HOOT Loan Program in 1995.

4) Audra Spurlock-Read, 1415 Clare Court, participated in the HOOT Loan program 1999.

The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature. If you have further questions, please let me know.
