The referenced property has been inspected and found to be in violation of the City Environmental Code. The property is blighted with miscellaneous debris in yard.

The owners of record are:    Mark A Wallman, Natalia S Wallman

                                      116 Carbon Hill Rd

                                      O’Fallon IL 622691814

I am requesting that a resolution be adopted declaring the property environmentally blighted and ordering the property owner to remove violations within 20 days. Should the property owner fail to remove the violations, the City will contract to have the blight removed. Expenses incurred for this would be the responsibility of the property owner of record.

A brief chronology of recent contact is as follows:

Apr 12 2006   Received complaint.

Apr 13 2006   Inspected, property is blighted with an accumulation of brush and some trash.

Apr 13 2006   Called and left message for property owner Mark Wallman.

Apr 17 2006   Mr. Wallman called, I explained the violations and he advised he would have it cleaned up.

May 11 2006  Inspected, no change. Issued Notice of Violation.

Jun 20 2006   Inspected, no change. Took pictures.
