Project Description. The road will be a wide two-lane facility with roundabouts at Tillerman Drive and Grand Vista Drive. A wide median will be constructed with access at each intersection. Alternate Option R-1 can be viewed at

Project Status. The project has been submitted to KDOT for final plan review. The projected schedule for bidding is October 2006; however, pending progress on the 2nd and Locust project, this project may get moved to a 2007 letting.
Project Funding. Current construction estimate is $3,300,000. The State (KDOT) will participate up to $2.7 million with a City share of approximately $600,000 (this does not include the water main, engineering, or right-of-way costs).
