RE:              Appointments to boards and commissions

I recommend the following individuals for the appointments listed below.  I have included phone numbers, if available.  Please feel free to call any of them to discuss their potential appointments.  I believe they are willing to answer your questions or receive any comments you might have.

Board of Plumbers & Pipefitters:

Reappoint Frank Lewis (838.4967) to a second term that will end 04/30/09.

Douglas County Community Corrections Advisory Board:

Reappoint Bonnie Lowe (842.1484) and Willie Amison (841.0733) to additional terms that would expire 05/31/08.

Mental Health Board:

Reappoint Bonnie Lowe (842.1484) to an additional term that will expire 04/30/10.

Special Alcohol Fund Advisory Board:

Reappoint David Kingsley (842.3807) to his first full term that will expire 04/30/09.

Traffic Safety Commission:

Appoint Jim Woods for the un-expired position that was held by Danny Drungilas, and expires 04/30/06.  Because the term expires 04/30/06, Mr. Woods will be reappointed to his first full term that will expire 04/30/09.  Reappoint John J. Ziegelmeyer, Jr. (843.4265) to his second full term that would expire 04/30/09.
