SUBJECT:     Administrative Review of Encroachment Agreement, 645 Alabama Street

 

The draft encroachment agreement for 645 Alabama Street has been reviewed under K.S.A. 75-2715-75-2725, as amended, and the proposed project does not encroach upon, damage, or destroy any listed property.

 

I appreciate your assistance in making sure that projects are reviewed for their impact on historic resources.  Revisions to the approved project must be approved prior to the commencement of any related work.  If you have any questions, please contact me at 832-3151.
