RE:

Contract for Sesquicentennial Point plans and specifications

The Corp of Engineers has approved our plans for Sesquicentennial Point.  The Sesquicentennial Commission has transferred their files to us and will transfer all funds raised to us in a week or so per the attached correspondence.

We have initiated the annexation of this site which will go to the Planning Commission in April.  We request entering into a contract with Landplan Engineering to finalize components of development within the private funds raised.  This contract would finalize design and construction document for bidding.  This work would cost $10,000 and construction administration an additional $4,500.

We feel this final plan and specifications for bidding could be done concurrently during the time we wait for the final decision on annexation so we may be able to bid the work shortly after that decision.  Total contract with Landplan Engineering would be $14,500, which would be signed after we receive the funds from the Sesquicentennial Commission.

If you have any questions about this, please let me know.
