Request for City participation in Stoneridge (North of 6th street) special assessment benefit district

 

The attached letter is from a partner in the Oregon Trail subdivision.  The request is for City at large financial participation in the benefit district to improve Stoneridge from north of 6th Street to Overland Drive. In the attached map, the City owns tract 3 as a future site for a City water tower. The Utility Department plans, pursuant to the adopted master plan for water services, to begin engineering design for the water tower at this location in 2007.  City financial participation in the proposed Stoneridge street improvement is not in the City’s capital improvement budget for 2006 (copy of attached).
