RE: FAIRFIELD FARMS DEVELOPMENT

Dear Chairman Riordan and Planning Commissioners:

Until there has been an Area Plan adopted for this southeast area, we ask that you not approve any rezoning or platting requests.  In fact, until there are complete Watershed Plans, Sector Plans, and Neighborhood Plans adopted for any area within the city or Urban Growth Area, we urge the Planning Commission not to rezone or plat land within it.
