RE:	Update to January 19^th PIRC Meeting Minutes

The PIRC meeting minutes posted on January 23^rd failed to contain approximately three pages of discussion near the end of the meeting between PIRC members and questions to and answers from the applicant.  As you know staff worked on these minutes over the weekend and that missing section of the transcribed minutes, sent via email on Sunday, was hung up in the City’s firewall and was not delivered to me until yesterday evening.  The most recent PIRC minutes posted today includes that section of the meeting.  I have annotated both the beginning and ending of this section of the meeting (beginning on page 16 and ending on page 19).
