Dear Sandra,

I am writing in regard to the platting of Long John Silvers at 1503 W. 23^'d St. I am in support of seeing Long John upgrade their property.

 

I want to make sure the plans are approved with adequate storm water control. My apartments sit directly behind this location. Depending on the configuration in the parking lot there could be too much drainage coming on to my property.

 

I would also like to request that there be proper control of grease disposal. Currently, the city cleans out the sewer lines along 24^th street on a monthly basis, due to grease discharge from the restaurants on 23^rd. Last month the lines did not get cleaned out in time and I had $5,000 worth of damage due to back up.
