RE:      SP-08-54-04: Co-Location of communication equipment on the Stratford Water Tower; 1225 Sunset Drive

Dear Ms. Hardee:

The above referenced site plan for the placement of antenna equipment for Cingular Wireless on the Stratford Water Tower site has been administratively approved subject to the following conditions:

1. Execution of a Site Plan Performance Agreement; and

2. Execution of an Agreement with the City of Lawrence per the Utility Department's comments for use of the tower.

Approval of this site plan does not infer approval of any signs shown on the site plan or contemplated. Approval of signs must be received through the Neighborhood Resources Department. If no building permit is issued for the site within one year from this date, the site plan will become null and void.
