STAFF PRESENT FOR BID OPENING on November 9, 2004:  Tony L. Hoch, Larry E. Hamm, Alan Landis, Frank Reeb.

COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:

2236 East Drive: Driveway replacement, window repairs and replacement, upgrade plumbing and electrical to code, floor covering, gutters and downspouts, roof repair, exterior painting, interior surface repair and painting.

811 East 11^th St: Lead based paint stabilization of all exterior wood surfaces, wood replacement windows, hot water heater replacement, tub surround, limited interior painting and floor coverings.

Recommendation Action:

Staff recommends rejection of bids for both projects due to bids exceeding staff estimates.  Projects will be re-bid at a future date to be determined.
