RE:	Project No. 57-CP13-802(BD) George Williams Way, 6^th to Harvard Road Project No. 45-CP10-903(BD) Harvard Road, George Williams Way east 500 feet

On the September 14 agenda, please set the bid date for the subject project.  The plans for these two benefit districts have been prepared as one set of plans.  Resolution No. 6449 in the amount of $2,500,000 was previously adopted for George Williams Way.  Resolution No. 6503 in the amount of $550,000 was previously adopted for Harvard Road.

These streets are designated collectors, and the improvements include bike lanes on both sides, sidewalks on both sides, and a roundabout at the intersection of George Williams Way and Harvard Road.  No incentives are included in these contract documents.
