Vacation of Portion of Drainage Easement
|
On August 10, 2004 the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of a portion of a drainage easement located on Lot 40 of Western Hills Suburban Rancheros Subdivision, 4101 W. 13th Street. The owner, Gerald Lubensky, would like to build a house on this lot and is requesting a portion of the drainage easement to be vacated. All utilities and property owners within 200 feet have been notified, with no objections received at this time. The City Storm Water Engineer has also approved this vacation.
Action Requested: Hold public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
