ORDINANCE NO. 7813

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS ALLOWING THE SALE, POSSESSION, AND CONSUMPTION ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR ON CERTAIN SPECIFIED PUBLIC PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Code Section 4-105(E), the sale, possession, and consumption of alcoholic liquor on public property shall not apply to that portion of Clinton Lake Outlet Park used by the Lawrence Mountain Bike Club on September 4, 2004 between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; provided the sale is pursuant to City license and possession and consumption is pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Department of Parks and Recreation.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
