ORDINANCE NO. 7809
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS AMENDING SECTIONS 19-902 AND 19-903 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2003 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, CONCERNING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES FOR WATER UTILITY AND WASTEWATER UTILITY CONNECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 19-902 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, 2003 edition and amendments thereto, is hereby amended to read as follows:
19-902 WATER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE; METER TYPE, SIZE AND CHARGE.
(A) As required in Section 19-902, the water system development charge shall be as follows effective on and after January 1, 2005:

SECTION 2. Section 19-903 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, 2003 edition and amendments thereto, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. Sections 19-902 and 19-903 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, 2003 edition and amendments thereto, and Ordinance 7138 are hereby repealed, it being the intent of this ordinance to supersede the repealed provisions.
