The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program.  Repayment of the loan has been received so the Mortgage should be released. 

1) Heide Raak, 3112 Creekwood Drive, participated in the HOOT Loan Program in 1998.

2) Lynisha Thomas, 2725 Bonanza, participated in the HOOT Loan Program in 2000 and the Emergency Loan Program in 2001.

The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature.  If you have further questions, please let me know.
