Attached is Ordinance No. 7802.  It has been revised pursuant to City Commission direction as follows:

· § 9-605:  Pursuant to City Commission direction on July 20, 2004, the Enforcement Standard was altered from comparing the property against others in the neighborhood to comparing it to the immediately surrounding properties.

· § 9-606.1(C):  Any furniture (indoor or outdoor) is permitted on a porch.  Only outdoor furniture is permitted in the yard.
