ITEM NO. 4:            FINAL PLAT FOR HINES SUBDIVISION NO. 2; 1300 BLOCK OF MAPLE LANE (PGP)

 

                               PF-01-04-04:  Final Plat for Hines Subdivision No. 2.  This proposed one-lot residential subdivision contains approximately .012 acre and is located between 1335 and 1345 Maple Lane.  Submitted by Peridian Group, Inc., for Hugh F. Hines, property owner of record.

 

                               ACTION TAKEN

                        Motioned by Comm. Angino and seconded to approve the Final Plat for Hines Subdivision No. 2 and forward it to the City Commission for acceptance of easements and rights-of-way, subject to the following conditions:

 

1.       Provision of the following fees and recording documentation:

    1. Current copy of paid property tax receipt at the time of submittal of the final plat for filing;
    2. Recording fees made payable to the Douglas County Register of Deeds; and
    3. Provision of a master street tree plan.
  1. Execution of a Temporary Utility Agreement;
  2. DraftProvide an agreement not to protest a future benefit district for street improvements to Maple Lane.

 

Motion carried unanimously, 10-0, as part of the Consent Agenda and with Student Commissioner Bittenbender also voting in the affirmative.
