Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 72, Block 9, thence on an assumed bearing of North 01°49’24” West, on the West line of said Lot 72, Block 9, a distance of 49.97 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 72, Block 9; thence North 88°09’03” East on the North line of said Lot 72, Block 9 a distance of 97.80 feet; thence South 30°03’18” West a distance of 29.72 feet; thence South 68°34’02” West a distance of 73.80 feet to the South line of said Lot 72, Block 9; thence South 88°09’12” West on the South line of said Lot 72, Block 9 a distance of 12.58 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 3440.65 Square Feet or 0.0790 Acres more or less all in the city of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.
For the sum of One (1) Dollar and other valuable considerations, subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations now of record.
