REASON FOR
REQUEST
The request is for the final plat approval of a replat of a portion of
CONFORMANCE
The proposed single-family lot meets the minimum RS-2 (Single-Family
Residence) District lot size requirements for lot area, lot width and lot
depth. The Tenants to Homeowners Addition Final Plat complies with the
requirements of Section 21-302, FINAL PLAT. The lot corners have been pinned.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends
approval of the Final Plat of the Tenants to Homeowners Addition and forwarding
it to the City Commission for acceptance of easements and rights-of-way,
subject to the following conditions:
