SUBJECT:     Release of Mortgage

DATE:                        February 3, 2004

            The following individuals participated in a Community Development Division loan program.  Repayment of the loan has been received so the Mortgage should be released. 

1) Cheryl Fugett, 2009 Maple Lane, participated in the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Loan Program in 1993.

2) Retha Beebe, 2708 Rawhide Lane, participated in the Furnace Loan Program in 2003.

3) Shirley Connett, 2001 Massachusetts, participated in the Furnace Loan Program in 2003. 

The City Clerk will have the document ready for the Mayor's signature.  If you have further questions, please let me know.
