Re: Kasold Bridge Project     

Attached is the Engineering Services Agreement with Professional Engineering Consultants for the Kasold Bridge Project.  This project was discussed by the City Commission in October 2003, and at that time the City entered into an Agreement with the County and the Kansas Turnpike Authority to use the City’s federal funds from KDOT to fund 80% of the costs to reconstruct this bridge.  The County and the Kansas Turnpike Authority are paying 100% for this design contract.

Action Required:  Authorize the City Manager to execute the Engineering Services Agreement with Professional Engineering Consultants for the design of the Kasold Bridge in the amount of $124,000.
